Plain-language terms for using this site and the Growth Hub. Your signed service agreement governs the work itself.
Scope of these terms
These terms govern use of the DesignWorks website and the Growth Hub. The work, deliverables, fees, ownership, and cancellation terms for a purchase are governed by the service agreement you sign electronically at checkout.
Purchasing
Packages are purchased online through Stripe. A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed and the service agreement is signed. Package scope is the scope published on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
The service agreement controls
Where these terms and your signed service agreement differ on scope, fees, ownership, or termination, the service agreement controls. The full agreement is shown for review before signature.
Billing
Package purchases may include a one-time build fee and a recurring platform subscription. Recurring charges continue until cancelled through the Growth Hub billing section, subject to the notice period stated in your service agreement.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share, for holding the rights to the assets you upload, and for the security of your Growth Hub credentials.
Acceptable use
The Growth Hub may not be used to store unlawful content, to attempt to reach another customer's data, or to disrupt the service.
Third-party platforms
Growth systems may connect to third-party platforms. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, and any fees they charge, including advertising spend, are billed to you directly.
