Your data
Customer records, lead data, call and message history, and content you provide remain yours. DesignWorks does not sell client information.
Access
Team access is limited to what your selected services require and is reviewed when scope or staffing changes.
Assets
Brand assets, photography and documents you upload are handled through access-controlled systems and used only for your engagement.
Website and system ownership
Ownership and transfer terms — including what is delivered on termination and what remains licensed platform configuration — are documented in the service agreement.
Third-party platforms
Parts of your Revenue System run on third-party platforms. Their terms, export capabilities and retention rules apply alongside ours and can limit what can be transferred.
AI disclosure
Some components use AI to draft replies, qualify enquiries and route work. Configuration and content are set by us with you; outputs are reviewable and can be constrained or disabled.
