Security
This page is maintained by DesignWorks and describes current practices. It is not an independent audit or certification.
Payments
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout and are never sent to or stored on DesignWorks systems. We store only the transaction reference and its status.
Encryption in transit
The site and Growth Hub are served exclusively over HTTPS. Uploads and messages travel over the same encrypted connection.
Accounts and access
Growth Hub accounts are individual. Access to your Growth Plan, files, and messages is limited to your account and the DesignWorks people assigned to your delivery.
Customer files
Assets you upload during onboarding are stored in access-controlled storage and used only to deliver the services in your agreement.
Credentials you share
Where a build needs access to a third-party platform, use that platform's own delegated access or invitation feature wherever it exists rather than sharing a password.
Reporting a concern
Report a suspected vulnerability or security issue by email to support@designworks.ai. Include enough detail to reproduce it, and please do not test against other customers' data.
