What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer inquiries and deliver the services you purchase.

• Contact details you share: name, email, and optional business name
• Account details for the Growth Hub
• Purchase records, including the Stripe transaction reference and package purchased
• Onboarding responses and files you upload
• Messages exchanged inside the Growth Hub

How we use it

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, deliver the services in your agreement, operate billing, and communicate about your Growth Plan. It is never sold.

Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe. Application hosting, database, authentication, and file storage run on our infrastructure providers. Providers process data on our instructions to run the service.

Client confidentiality

Client work, business information, and results stay confidential. We show a client's work or results publicly only with their written permission.

Retention

Inquiry and customer records are kept while the relationship is active and for the period required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your requests

To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email support@designworks.ai. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept by law.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your language, and keep the application working. Any analytics added later will be disclosed here before it is switched on.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will appear here and, for active customers, in the Growth Hub.
