FAQ

Questions worth answering before you buy

If something here is unclear, ask before purchasing rather than after.

Pricing and terms

How is pricing structured?
Each package has a one-time setup investment and a monthly management fee. Foundation is $12,000 setup and $2,500 per month. Growth is $20,000 setup and $4,500 per month. Scale starts at $35,000 setup and $8,000 per month.
What does the setup fee cover?
Strategy, configuration, implementation, testing, integrations and launch of the Revenue System.
What does the monthly fee cover?
System management, monitoring, support, reporting and ongoing optimization. It is not a hosting fee.
Are there third-party software charges?
Usage-based communication charges such as SMS, call minutes, email volume and AI usage may be billed separately or covered by a fair-use allowance, as specified in your agreement. Platform subscriptions required by your configuration are disclosed before purchase.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation terms are set out in the service agreement. Draft terms are available for review before purchase and are pending final legal review.

Scope and delivery

How long does it take?
A first working draft or implementation preview is generally targeted within approximately one week after complete onboarding materials are received. Scope, integrations and multi-location requirements can extend that.
What is included in the Revenue System?
Website and lead capture, CRM and pipeline, lead response, automated follow-up, booking, reputation, reactivation and reporting, at the depth defined by your package.
Why connected systems rather than separate tools?
Disconnected tools produce disconnected data. When capture, response, booking and reporting run on one pipeline, response times and conversion can actually be measured and improved.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are defined in your agreement rather than left open. Additional rounds are available as custom scope.
What happens after launch?
Monthly management: monitoring, support, reporting, optimization, and the refresh cadence included in your package.

Existing systems

Can I keep my existing website?
Sometimes. If the site converts and can be instrumented properly, we can build around it. If it blocks capture or tracking, we will say so during assessment.
Can you integrate my existing CRM?
Compatible platforms can be integrated, typically under Scale. Where a platform limits what can be automated, we disclose that limitation before purchase.
Who owns the website?
Ownership terms are documented in the service agreement, including what transfers on termination and what remains licensed platform configuration.
Who owns the data?
You do. DesignWorks does not sell client information, and access is limited to what your selected services require.

Working together

How does communication work?
Through the client portal and email, so requests and approvals have a written record attached to your account.
Is a sales call required?
No. Most clients begin online with the assessment. If your project requires a strategy conversation, we make that available after reviewing your assessment.
Is advertising management included?
No. Paid advertising management is not included in any package. Qualified Scale clients may be evaluated for it separately.
Is AI phone answering included?
No. AI voice reception is not included in any package. Qualified Scale clients may be evaluated for it separately.
What are the limits of the AI components?
AI chat and automation follow the rules and content we configure. They handle qualification, answers and routing; they do not replace judgment on pricing, scope or complex service decisions, and outputs should be reviewed like any other staff-facing tool.
Do you accept every company?
No. Fit depends on lead volume, job value, operational readiness and whether the system can realistically improve results.
