We build to modern accessibility expectations and treat reported barriers as defects.
Policy notice
This document explains our current practices in plain language. It is provided for information only and is not legal advice. We may update it as our systems and obligations change, and material changes will be posted here with a revision date.
Standard
We target WCAG 2.2 AA as a working standard across the public site and client portal. We do not claim formal certification or third-party audit.
What we implement
Semantic headings, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, descriptive labels and alt text, accessible form errors, reduced-motion support, readable font sizes and touch-friendly controls.
Known limitations
Third-party embedded tools may not meet the same standard. Where a limitation is known, we document it and look for an accessible alternative.
Reporting a barrier
Email us with the page and what happened. Accessibility defects are handled as priority support.
