Partner Terms
Provider
The referral program is offered by ZolDesignWorks LLC, doing business as DesignWorks.
Earning rewards
Partners earn 15% of the amount a referred client actually pays DesignWorks each month, for the first 12 months after that client's first payment. A referral counts when the client uses your link and pays within 90 days of their last visit through it. Rewards are earned only after the client's payment clears.
Client rewards
Clients who refer earn a free add-on (review requests or one month of missed-call text back) instead of cash, applied after the referred client pays.
Payment
Approved rewards are paid monthly, after the referred client's payment has cleared. Nothing is paid automatically; every reward is reviewed first.
Refunds
If a referred client's payment is refunded or reversed, the matching reward is reduced or reversed. Rewards already paid may be deducted from future payouts.
No self-referrals
You cannot earn rewards on your own business, your own company, or businesses you own or control.
Conduct
No spam, no unsolicited bulk messages, and no misleading claims. Do not bid on, buy ads for, or register domains using the DesignWorks name or confusingly similar terms.
Changes
We may change or end the program with 30 days notice by email. Rewards earned before the change still follow the terms in place when they were earned.
